Description

This is the Schonbrunn palace, where Sissi and all the great Austrian family lived.

Schönbrunn means "Nice fountain" in german.. It was builded in 1696. Lots of people think this palace is the austrian's Versaille because of its imposing lines and global form.

The photo was taken in the evening. Much work was done above : perspective and filter mainly. I hope you like my new watermark

Think it's a cool panorama but the sign beneath takes away the eye from the building ... Maybe just a smaller sign ...

pretty ironic to see this subject here...i'm going to visit viena tomorrow myself

i would have included the whole lamp and maybe a bit more of the sky

but still...good panorama

and maybe the writting could be just a bit smaller

Vienna is a beautiful city ! Try to take a chocolate in the Cafe Museum near the secession building : it's wonderfull (and a little bit expensive)

I couldn't give more sky because of the panoramic structure

Gorgeous palace and lighting, you were at just the right spot Rémy! Have to agree with Andreea in reagard to the lamp... seeinf the whole thing would have been more effective and also introduced a little more mood by way of the moody sky.

Agree about including the whole lamp....Great details ....Lovely place...I may increase just a little the dark zones with levels....I miss a black.

I love this pano although there are two small things that stop it from being complete. Firstly the lamp, I love its inclusion but you chopped the top off. Also the two people to the left of the lamp slightly detract from the over all effect. A +9 from me - Kris

Agree about the lamp.
I think you are aiming for a formal/regal presentation. If so the signature on the right and the people on the background take away that image.
The font is gorgeous but I would love to see it simpler and not as elaborate...just my personal taste.
Remy, like the other youth artists here, you show great promise in this field

Really inspiring picture and yes, the street lamp would really have completed the capture. The title's an unnecessary distraction - interesting to know these facts from your description but it's a superfluous addition to the actual image, or, if you really feel you want to include it - then a less intricate font might be easier on the eye.
